Communication issues in relationships

Have you ever had this kind of dialogue with your partner – or a work colleague…
People like person one in the comic do not state what is going on in their mind when they speak with others. There’s a hidden communication going on. They expect the other person to mind read – and then get upset when the other person can’t read their minds.
What dialogues have you noticed with others?
